Insight works with your service to develop business strategy (what are the goals for your business or business units, and what is the strategy whereby you are going to get there). Insight also helps clients with the development and review of business plans, and with measuring and tracking business milestones and key indicators. The development of business strategy and management involves a range of methodologies including consultation with a range of stakeholders (who have opinions on or are affected by the strategy or proposal), data collection and analysis (using interviews, focus groups, surveys and administrative data), and economic analyses.

Insight provides consulting and training services for clients in business strategy and management.
